Best New York Style pizza dough

This pizza dough is our FAVORITE ! We like thin crust pizza. It’s perfect for any kind of pizza: cheese, pepperoni, Margarita – we just love it. Even I tried it yesterday as cinnamon rolls. Made them while I was making pizza. Put it in the fridge overnight to bake in the morning. They were light, airy so so moist. The best I have ever had !

3 1/2 – 4 cups of flour
1 tsp sugar
2 1/2 tsp yeast
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups of warm water
2 tbsp of olive oil.


In a bowl, pour 1 1/2 cups of warm water. Sprinkle the yeast, sugar and salt. Wait 5-10 minutes.

Add 2 tbsp of olive oil.DSC05916 (Copy)

Than add flour as much as it takes to form the pizza dough ball. DSC05919 (Copy)
Put in a bowl, add some olive oil and let rise until double.
