Tarte à la tomate et à la moutarde (Tomato tart)


Time of préparation : 10 minutes
cooking time : 45 minutes


– 1 pie crust – you can use Easy Olive Oil Tart Crust or  Pie crust
– 12 little tomatoes
– oregano + salt
– Dijon mustard
– Extra Virgin Olive oil

  1. Bake the tart crust. I used the Easy Olive Oil Tart Crust
  2. While the tart crust is baking, wash and cut tomatoes in thin slices.DSC04934

3. When tart crust is cooked, spread 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard on the pie. DSC04945
4. Put the tomatoe slices on the pie and add oregano, salt and a little bit of Extra Virgin Olive Oil DSC04946
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350.

Serve with a Green salad. Bon appétit. DSC04954
