My Father in law loves Pepperidge Farm’s Bordeaux cookies. So decided to try them. Here is a recipe I found on the internet and they were so so good.
1 stick unsalted butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Bake 10 minutes. They came out all spread out and had to cut them – So make sure you really put them APART !
Let cool slightly before remove from pan. They get crispier as they cool.
