My girls just love quiche. Quiche can be done for supper or for brunch and breakfast.
I make it very simple as they like it with only cheese but you can add vegetables, ham, bacon. Anything you think would go well. If you want to add vegetables like mushrooms, peppers, zucchini I would recommend to sauté them in Extra virgin Olive oil and garlic for taste and remove any water.
1 pie crust bakes (Look for my recipe- i often make it one part whole wheat)
1 1/2 cups of milk (I use 1 %)
salt, pepper, nutmeg
Grated swiss cheese
4. Pour in a baked pie crust and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes. Check the quiche when it’d golden and not runny anymore.
