Sugar cookies



3/4 cups of butter softened

1 cup of sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

2 3/4 cup of flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1. In large bowl, beat butter and 1 cup sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

2. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt.

3. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture.

4. Cover and refrigerate until firm (1 hour or up to 3 days)

5. Roll out dough and cut out with cookie cutters. DSC02992

6. Cool. And ice

Royal icing

3 tbsp of meringue powderDSC02996

4 cups of icing sugar

6 tablespoon of warm water

Mix and add food coloring.


And voilĂ
